This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work remotely four days a week and in-person one day a week at our West Orange, NJ office. Key Responsibilities: Driving Customer Satisfaction and Business Growth

As a Customer Service Representative with an AR focus, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and text, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing and posting customer invoices, ensuring accurate and timely billing
  • Contacting customers regarding outstanding balances, negotiating payment arrangements, and resolving disputes
  • Offering billing support, processing payments, and addressing customer concerns
  • Providing sales support, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
  • Improving operational efficiencies, streamlining processes, and implementing best practices
  • Participating in special projects, such as process improvements, system implementations, or customer engagement initiatives
