Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative in our PBM division, you will be responsible for taking inbound calls from members and answering questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions. You will provide personalized support to help members understand their coverage and options, and you will work to resolve their questions and concerns in a timely and efficient manner. Our call centers have a high-energy culture and are passionate about providing excellent customer service with empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take inbound calls from members and answer questions regarding prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail-order prescriptions
  • Provide personalized support to help members understand their coverage and options
  • Resolve member questions and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with members and provide exceptional customer service
  • Adhere to HIPAA and governmental compliance requirements
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and policies

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • 6 months of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military experience
  • Verifiable high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a secure workspace free from distractions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience working in a call center environment or healthcare-related field
  • 6 months of work-from-home experience
  • Healthcare certification (e.g., Medical Assistant) a plus
