As a Virtual Customer Service Associate, you will play a critical role in our organization by providing top-notch support to our members via phone. This fully remote position requires a unique blend of skills, including excellent communication, problem-solving, and technical abilities. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to incoming phone calls throughout your scheduled shift, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with healthcare claims and enrollment, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs and providing personalized support.
  • Develop a warm and friendly rapport with callers, de-escalating and managing difficult calls with ease and professionalism.
  • Maintain excellent listening skills, research, and attention to detail to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Handle multiple applications (up to 12) on a single call, demonstrating strong navigation skills and the ability to quickly transition between tasks.
  • Utilize dual monitors proficiently, leveraging keyboard shortcuts to streamline your workflow.
  • Provide consistent, high-quality customer support, adhering to our company's standards and values.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year of call center experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A minimum typing speed of 25 WPM, with knowledge of keyboard shortcuts.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Residency in the United States.
  • The ability to successfully complete our mandatory paid 4-week training program with 100% attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications can enhance your application:

  • Previous experience in healthcare claims and enrollment support.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technologies.
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
