We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Software Developer to join our dynamic team remotely.

Job Overview

As a Software Developer II at INFICON's IMS division, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining world-class database-driven web applications. You will collaborate with our U.S. and international developers in a remote/home office setting, reporting directly to the Director of Product Development. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain high-quality database-driven web applications for the IMS product suite.
  • Collaborate with team members and clients through Microsoft Teams and video calls to ensure effective communication and project execution.
  • Determine appropriate technical solutions and provide recommendations to the team and clients.
  • Engage in creative problem-solving to deliver high-value solutions to clients.
  • Actively participate in projects, contribute innovative ideas, and drive project success.
  • Ensure timely execution of new development, meeting client requirements, and facilitating ease of deployment for clients and the project management team.
  • Maintain neat and organized code, adhering to best practices and documentation standards.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's of Science Degree in Computer Science or significant relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development with .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C#, and Angular (specifically Angular 14).
  • Proficiency in web authoring tools such as Visual Studio.
  • Strong web development and UI design skills.
  • Good working knowledge of database design and SQL.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to discuss solutions with team members and clients.
  • Interest in or experience with the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with Agile Software Development methodology and GIT or other content versioning systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following skills and experience are highly desirable:

  • Experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes.
  • Project management skills.
  • Data analysis capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages.
