Job Summary

As a Senior Associate, Supplier Support, you will play a critical role in driving supplier success and resolving support issues. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, escalate issues, and develop strategies to enhance the overall supplier experience. This role requires a unique blend of project management, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with top suppliers to understand their support pain points and develop plans to address these issues
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive process improvements
• Escalate issues and concerns to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Proactively identify emerging support concerns and resolve them before they escalate
• Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions and drive supplier success
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders and suppliers

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience communicating with external and internal stakeholders at various levels
• Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Positive and optimistic attitude, with a strong work ethic and self-motivation

• Experience working in a supplier support or customer-facing role
• Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies
