Role Overview

As a Licensed Insurance Enrollment Specialist, you will be responsible for consulting clients about their insurance needs and completing enrollments. You will leverage your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and drive to succeed to excel in this role. The ideal candidate will have a current Life or Health Insurance license and experience working in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound calls or place outbound calls to potential customers to discuss their insurance needs and options.
• Counsel clients with regards to their insurance needs, providing personalized support and guidance.
• Maintain strict adherence to CMS, HIPPA, Carrier, and SQS guidelines to ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
• Use systems to receive and process calls, manage client CRM information, and complete enrollments.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.

Essential Qualifications:

• Current Life or Health Insurance license (or past experience with insurance enrollment).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high volume of calls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to overcome objections and resolve issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in insurance enrollment or a related field.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and software applications.
• Experience working in a remote environment, with a home office setup (computer, landline phone, and quiet work environment).
