Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Work from Home Call Center Sales Professional, you will be responsible for:

• Fielding inbound calls from customers regarding mobile devices and plans
• Demonstrating features and benefits of our products and services to drive sales growth
• Meeting and exceeding sales expectations and performance targets
• Providing exceptional customer experiences and resolving customer inquiries
• Maintaining composure in challenging situations and employing a diplomatic approach to achieve effective resolution
• Multi-tasking efficiently and working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Education: GED or High School Diploma required; some college preferred
• Experience: Minimum one-year previous customer service/sales experience required; prior work-at-home experience desired
• Skills: Excellent customer service and sales skills; ability to multi-task efficiently; computer knowledge in Windows-based applications; typing speed of 25 WPM with 90% accuracy
• Technical Requirements: High-speed internet via wired ethernet connection; upload speed of 5 Mbps; download speed of 16 Mbps; latency under 100ms; available cell phone or tablet for 2FA software installation
• Personal Qualities: Positive energy; ability to manage emotions; passion for meeting or exceeding performance goals
