About the Role

As a Customer Care Representative at CVS Health, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work in our Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) division, responding to inbound calls from customers and providing support with their pharmacy benefit plans. Your goal will be to help customers understand their coverage and options, while showcasing your expertise and empathy.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls from customers, addressing their questions and concerns about pharmacy benefit plans, prescription coverage, and mail-order solutions * Provide personalized support to customers, ensuring they understand their coverage and options * Utilize your knowledge and skills to resolve customer issues and improve their overall healthcare experience * Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality customer service * Adhere to CVS Health's policies, procedures, and guidelines, including HIPAA and regulatory compliance

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

* 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., call center, retail, hospitality, or military experience) * Proficiency in Windows-based applications and ability to learn new software systems * High school diploma or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Associate's degree or equivalent experience * Excellent problem-solving and communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities * Strong customer service skills, including phone etiquette and professionalism * Ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, and understanding when interacting with customers
