Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Operator, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Generating monthly and daily inventory reports to support business decision-making
• Assisting the back office and sales team with inventory and production-related inquiries
• Providing support to the CFO with reporting requests and ad-hoc analysis
• Assisting the Controller with month-end closures and financial reporting
• Conducting data review and consolidation activities to ensure accuracy and efficiency

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

Education and Experience

• Educational background in accounting or a related field is a plus
• At least 1 year of related experience in data entry, administration, or a similar field

Technical Skills

• Intermediate-level proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, including vlookup and pivot tables
• Strong arithmetic and mathematical skills
