Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage distribution operations across California, including 18 operating locations and multiple staff (full-time and seasonal)
• Develop and implement operational plans, processes, and best practices to ensure efficient and safe movement of products
• Manage and optimize transportation and logistics network, including 3PL partnerships and company-owned facilities
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction
• Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets, as well as track and analyze key performance metrics
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, employee engagement, and customer focus

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in warehousing, distribution, logistics, and inventory management
• Familiarity with 3PL management and transportation operations
• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams of business professionals
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to drive change and continuous improvement
• Strong analytical skills, with ability to develop and track measurable objectives

• California driver's license and ability to be covered under company-sponsored vehicle insurance program
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions
• Strategic thinking and planning skills, with ability to develop and implement business strategies
