Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and resolving common issues related to our clients' products and services.

About the Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will:
  • Furnish customer support via incoming and outgoing calls, as well as through the internet, using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language
  • Assist customers in resolving basic technical issues
  • Follow, document, and retrieve information in databases
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our clients' products and services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and portable devices
  • Offer additional products and services
  • Provide expert customer experiences with a smile

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* Fluency in both French and English * 1+ year of experience in customer service * High school diploma or GED * A quiet and distraction-free home environment * Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of a computer * Mastery of multi-tasking * Desire to learn new technologies * A desktop or laptop computer for testing on PC and internet * A work computer may be provided, but is not guaranteed (will be discussed further with a recruiter)

Preferred Qualifications

* Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOs, or a comparable technology * Experience with customer service software and technology * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
