As a Staff Assistant I, Technical Operations, you'll be part of our dynamic Care Staff Group within the Coordinated Tasks Division. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members. About the Role

As a Staff Assistant I, Technical Operations, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing managerial support to team members in the group
  • Handling overtime work with ease and efficiency
  • Assisting with the planning and coordination of training sessions
  • Maintaining WorkBrain sections for all team members
  • Acting as a backup when required
  • Typing at a speed of 35 WPM or higher

What You'll Need for Success

To excel in this role, you'll need:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and prior professional training
  • High school diploma or GED equivalency
  • Prior experience and working knowledge of PCs and Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to use PowerPoint and SharePoint
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
