Job Summary

As a Packaging Strategy Lead - Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing packaging strategies that drive business results and meet our customers' needs. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining packaging documentation, including packaging specifications, artwork, and labeling.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement packaging strategies that drive business results and meet our customers' needs

• Gather and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement packaging solutions
• Create and maintain packaging documentation, including packaging specifications, artwork, and labeling
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with packaging regulations and standards
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including packaging suppliers, vendors, and internal teams
• Analyze and interpret data to inform packaging decisions and drive business results
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement packaging training programs

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as packaging, marketing, or business

• 4+ years of experience in packaging or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective packaging strategies that drive business results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data to inform packaging decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Experience with packaging software and systems, including packaging design and simulation tools
• Strong knowledge of packaging regulations and standards, including FDA and USDA regulations

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in a related field, such as packaging, marketing, or business

• 6+ years of experience in packaging or a related field
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and interpretation, including statistical analysis and data visualization
• Experience with packaging design and simulation tools, including CAD software and 3D printing
• Strong knowledge of packaging regulations and standards, including international regulations and standards
