Key Responsibilities
As an Information Expert, you will be responsible for:
- Data Entry and Validation: Accurately inputting and updating data into Disney's database systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
- Quality Control: Performing quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency, and collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
- Data Security: Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to established data entry procedures and guidelines.
- Collaboration and Communication: Working effectively with team members to achieve common goals, and communicating clearly and concisely through written and verbal channels.
- Continuous Improvement: Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and applying imagination and creativity to tackle complex issues.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Data Entry Proficiency: Proficiency in data entry with excellent typing speed and accuracy, and experience with database systems.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus in a remote work environment.
- Disney Knowledge: Familiarity with Disney products, characters, and franchises is preferred, but not required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a virtual team setting.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in data entry or related field are preferred.
- Experience: Experience in measurable examination and AI methods, such as choice trees, relapse, and bunching, is a plus.
