We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience Concierge to join our team as an American Express Remote Jobs Chat Professional. As a key member of our Centurion Parlor team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our best Card Members at the IAH Airport. As a brand ambassador, you'll embody American Express values and provide personalized assistance to our clients, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for:- Welcoming and engaging Card Members upon arrival at the Centurion Parlor
- Providing exceptional support and resolving issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Utilizing the Client's First approach to address client needs and expectations
- Offering travel, card, and lifestyle suggestions to enhance the Card Member experience
- Collaborating with food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our Card Members
- Providing travel counseling and making reservations as needed
- Ensuring seamless communication and follow-up with Card Members throughout their experience
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a high-end or luxury setting
- Experience in the travel industry, including reservation experience, is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift light to moderate weights (up to 25 pounds) for specific tasks
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:- Experience with various technology platforms and software
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in a leadership or mentorship role
