About the Role

We're seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our customer service and overall passenger experience.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, communications, or customer service.
  • At least two years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who have:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Knowledge of the airline or travel industry, including our products and services.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to mentor and develop colleagues.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English and Spanish.
