About the Role

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and ensuring their satisfaction. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a flexible schedule and the freedom to balance your priorities in and outside of work.

Responsibilities

* Assist customers with their pharmacy benefit plans, answering questions and resolving issues related to prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions

• Provide solutions to help simplify our customers' healthcare experience, using your skills and knowledge to make a meaningful impact in their lives
• Take inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to ensure seamless communication and a positive customer experience
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, and to stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices

Key Qualifications

* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military setting

• Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to customers in a patient, helpful way
• Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner, and to exhibit patience, empathy, and confidence in your interactions with customers
• High school diploma or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's degree or equivalent experience

• Experience in a healthcare or insurance setting
• Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
