Availability to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Preferred: Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or e-commerce support. Familiarity with Amazon’s products, services, and platforms. Multilingual abilities are a plus.
