We are looking for a Credit Resolution Representative with strong data entry skills to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing and updating financial records, resolving credit-related issues, and communicating with customers regarding account discrepancies.
Ideal candidates should be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry of credit and financial information into internal systems
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues on customer credit accounts
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or chat to clarify credit balances or resolve payment issues
- Update account statuses and document all resolution efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate credit adjustments
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with data security regulations
- Meet daily and weekly resolution targets
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Proven experience in data entry, finance, or credit-related roles is a plus
- Strong typing skills (35+ WPM) and proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Reliable computer, internet connection, and a quiet work-from-home setup
