As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary connection between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance teams, ensuring members receive the highest level of care and support. Your role will involve:

  • Answering inbound calls and digital inquiries from patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals.

  • Assisting with insurance eligibility, claims, billing, and benefit-related questions.

  • Coordinating with providers and pharmacies to resolve medication, referral, and scheduling issues.

  • Documenting all interactions accurately in electronic health record (EHR) or CRM systems.

  • Handling sensitive health information with strict confidentiality (HIPAA compliance).

  • Providing empathetic support to patients navigating complex healthcare situations.
