Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate assessments and provide feedback and learning opportunities

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as instructional design, education, or communications
• At least 2 years of experience in corporate learning design and development
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 40%
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization
• Attention to detail and a quality-focused attitude
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, Articulate, Dazzle, Vyond, case management systems, or Learning Management Systems (LMS)
