Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Hyperconverged Infrastructure Engineer to support customers with new Dell PowerFlex deployments. The specialist will play a key role in configuring, deploying, and managing PowerFlex Appliances, while ensuring seamless integration with VMware, bare metal, OpenShift, Red Hat virtualization, and Nutanix environments.

This remote residency requires strong hands-on experience with PowerFlex Appliance, deep technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work directly with customers on implementation and knowledge transfer.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and deploy PowerFlex Appliance across customer environments.
• Manage PowerFlex Manager and PowerFlex Gateway for performance, scalability, and security.
• Conduct customer handoffs to ensure smooth transitions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in PowerFlex Appliance deployments.
• Collaborate with customers to assess networking and routing requirements.
• Design and implement network architectures for PowerFlex solutions.
• Maintain expertise in PowerFlex Appliance software and hardware components.
• Stay current with new PowerFlex features, versions, and enhancements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with PowerFlex Appliance and PowerFlex Manager.
• Strong knowledge of VMware, bare metal, OpenShift, and Red Hat virtualization.
• Hands-on experience with Nutanix and PowerFlex deployments.
• Proven troubleshooting skills with complex hyperconverged environments.
• Strong communication skills to effectively work with customers and remote teams.
• Solid understanding of network fundamentals and architectures.
• Experience with PowerFlex Manager 3.7+ and familiarity with PowerFlex 4.5 features.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
