This role will be primarily based in our local office and will interact with the Finance and Payroll team in APAC. About the Role

We're looking for a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to provide timely and accurate data entry support via live chat interactions. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for inputting and updating customer information and account details with precision, responding promptly to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns efficiently. You'll also collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency, adhering to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and accurate data entry support via live chat interactions.
• Input and update customer information and account details with precision.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.

Essential Qualifications:

We're looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in data entry is a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience in data entry or a related field.
• Skills: Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, strong communication skills (written and verbal), and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Technical Requirements: Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including live chat platforms.
