Launch Your Career in Insurance with Our Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative Role

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for individuals to launch their career in insurance as a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to pass the State Insurance Exam and become a licensed insurance agent. You will receive a 5-day paid training, study materials, and support to schedule your state exam. After passing your exam, we will support you in obtaining your license in the 50 states/territories we operate in.

Responsibilities

As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues.
  • Assisting policyholders with billing questions and concerns.
  • Providing support to policyholders with any policy changes requested.
  • Supporting policyholders' needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessary.

Qualifications

We are looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6 months of customer service experience minimum.
  • Be over 18 years of age.
  • Ability to type 25 wpm.
  • High School Graduate or GED.
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills.
  • 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred.
  • Logical problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work various shifts.
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems.
  • Organization and work prioritization skills.

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you will need:

  • Internet Connection Requirements:
    • Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 12.0 Mbps.
    • Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 3.0 Mbps.
    • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
  • Proof of internet speed required.
  • Clean and quiet workspace.
