About the Role
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Scientist – AI and Machine Learning Engineer for AIOps Platform Development, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning solutions that improve the efficiency, reliability, and effectiveness of CVS Health's IT operations. You will work closely with a talented team of data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning solutions that improve the efficiency, reliability, and effectiveness of CVS Health's IT operations
* Develop and implement data-driven strategies that drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
* Work with large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
* Design and develop predictive models using machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques
* Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines that support AI and machine learning workloads
* Develop and maintain high-quality documentation of AI and machine learning solutions
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning and apply that knowledge to develop innovative solutions
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
* 2+ years of experience in AI and machine learning with a focus on data science and engineering
* Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
* Experience with data extraction, processing, and analysis using tools such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or NoSQL databases
* Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical techniques
* Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
* Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
* Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
* Experience with containerization and orchestration using tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
* Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI
* Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
* Experience with data storytelling and communication of complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
