About the Role: Cargo Agent (Customer Service Agent)

As a Cargo Agent at Delta Airlines, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely transportation of cargo. As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the face of Delta Cargo, interacting directly with customers, addressing their needs, and providing personalized support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to cargo clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Manage cargo bookings, track shipments, and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and sales, to ensure seamless cargo handling and delivery
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Delta's cargo products, services, and policies
  • Work varied shifts, including early mornings, afternoons, and weekends, to accommodate different time zones and customer needs

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
