Job Overview: Key Responsibilities and Expectations

As our ideal candidate, you'll be a seasoned Senior Demand Generation Specialist with a proven track record of driving successful demand generation programs and optimizing marketing funnels. You'll report to our Director of Marketing and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid and organic channels, including partner marketing, events, and conversion rate optimization
• Analyzing campaign performance, drawing insights from data, and adjusting team strategy to optimize results
• Collaborating with sales, executive, and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives
• Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our target audience, including SMB customers and prospects
• Presenting campaign results and strategic recommendations to executive audiences
• Utilizing marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future marketing decisions
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our demand generation strategies

Essential Qualifications and Preferred Skills

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5-10 years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably at the Senior Manager or Director level
• A proven track record of executing successful demand generation programs across multiple channels
