Key Responsibilities

As a freelance transcreator and concept adaptor, your key responsibilities will include:

• Transcreating and adapting concepts for various clients and industries, including entertainment, streaming, sports goods, and fashion
• Working on creative language projects that require a deep understanding of transcreation and concept adaptation
• Providing high-quality solutions that meet client expectations and deadlines
• Participating in client calls, both in-language and ideally in English
• Collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional results and drive business growth

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 2+ years' experience in transcreation, ideally 5+
• Proven experience in transcreation, not just providing it as a "bolt-on" service
• A clear understanding of transcreation and how it differs from translation
• Enthusiasm for "creative" language projects, beyond standard translation
• Ability to provide recent samples of work or discuss recent projects
• Experience in copywriting is a positive sign
• Willingness and ability to participate in client calls, both in-language and ideally in English
