Job Summary

As a Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative - Property and Casualty Insurance, you will work from home and be part of our organically diverse team. Your primary responsibilities will include providing expert customer service, advising on plan options and coverages, and processing new and amended enrollments. You'll have the opportunity to develop long-term relationships with our clients and contribute to their success. This is a full-time remote position, and we're looking for candidates who are passionate about helping others, have a patient and empathetic nature, and are fluent in English or bilingual (Spanish/English).

Key Responsibilities

• Actively listen to customers and ask questions to identify their needs
• Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing
• Process new and/or amended enrollments
• Ensure clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile
• Meet and exceed sales and customer service targets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

• Active license to sell Property and Casualty insurance
• High school diploma or GED
• Reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
• Passion for helping others
• Patient and empathetic nature
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Fluent in English or bilingual (Spanish/English)
