  • Capturing data into relevant databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and swiftly identifying and correcting errors.
  • Gathering reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients.
  • Scanning through information to identify pertinent data and correcting errors to optimize swift and accurate capturing.
  • Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering/updating information into relevant databases.
  • Ensuring data is backed up and stored in an organized manner to optimize retrieval.
  • Informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered and handling additional duties as required.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

* Data Collection and Entry: + Liaise with employees and customers to collect information, data, and documents. + Capture data into relevant databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness. + Identify and correct errors, and swiftly bring them to the attention of relevant parties.

  • Data Management:

  • Data Security and Backup:

+ Ensure data is backed up and stored in an organized manner to optimize retrieval. + Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies and procedures.

  • Communication and Customer Service:

+ Inform relevant parties regarding errors encountered. + Handle additional duties as required, and provide exceptional customer service to employees and clients.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field, such as data entry, customer service, or administrative support.
  • A good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, customers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
  • Proficient touch typing skills, with a minimum speed of 60 words per minute.
