Job Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Understanding all inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure seamless communication with our customers
  • Taking all overflow inbound service calls in a timely manner, providing a world-class experience to our customers
  • Assisting customers with appointment scheduling, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
  • Collaborating with Service Managers to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service and support
  • Maintaining a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies to stay up-to-date on the latest developments
  • Staying informed about marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates to provide accurate and relevant information to our customers

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Answer all inbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring that our customers receive prompt attention

  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets, as measured by regular surveys and feedback
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets, as measured by the number of appointments scheduled and service work completed
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about dealership systems and technologies, staying up-to-date on the latest developments
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency on phones and computer, with experience in call center and appointment setting environments
