  • Handling numerical data accurately, creating spreadsheets, and organizing data with large numbers
  • Curating data directly from speech or interviews, summarizing data for standardized reports, and updating databases or records with new information as it becomes available
  • Correcting and modifying inaccurate files and records, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our clients' data
  • Typing data directly and accurately, utilizing your touch typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel spreadsheets
  • Complying with security backups and regular checks to ensure data is saved and stored properly, maintaining the confidentiality and security of our clients' data
  • Viewing and verifying confidential or private customer/client information, protecting the information and identities of customers/client
  • Verifying data by correctly checking and comparing source documentation, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our clients' data
  • Organizing paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed, maintaining a clean and organized workspace

Requirements
