Responsibilities

As a Disney Social Media Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for:
  • Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries, comments, and feedback across Disney's social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience.
  • Addressing customer concerns, troubleshooting issues, and escalating complex inquiries as needed.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and communicate updates or solutions effectively.
  • Proactively identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in customer interactions and feedback.

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Proficiency in navigating and engaging with social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
