As a Brand Engagement Center (BEC) Customer Relations Representative, you'll play a critical role in positively impacting owner satisfaction and retention by providing exceptional service to Toyota and Lexus guests. About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our world-class contact center and start your career with Toyota. As a BEC Advocate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Direct interface with Toyota and Lexus guests by responding to incoming phone calls regarding inquiries and/or complaints
  • Analyzing guest concerns/inquires and handling them accordingly
  • Taking ownership of incoming communication; investigating and resolving various questions and concerns that are dealer, sales, service, or product-related
  • Combining active listening with proactive decision-making skills to benefit Toyota and Lexus guests
  • Supporting in-vehicle technology and apps, as it relates to assisting guests with setting up and troubleshooting their multi-media products, phone pairing, and navigation
  • Researching unique guest requests using online resources and identifying opportunities to improve the guest experience

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual with:

  • A High School Diploma
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced customer-facing or phone environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Added bonus if you have a Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Automotive experience (i.e., dealership, technician, worked for another automotive company, etc.)
  • Experience working with technology (i.e., Bluetooth pairing, navigation, smartphone)
  • Familiarity with social media
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
