Essential Qualifications

  • A device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection
  • 10+ hours availability per week
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. customer service, business, communications) preferred
