The Position

We're seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team, someone who embodies a friendly, patient, and empathetic phone manner. As a Client Service Representative, you'll work one-on-one with customers to explain the features of our insurance products, providing personalized support and guidance. This is not a call center environment; instead, you'll be working in a collaborative and supportive setting where your skills and expertise are valued.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Handling phone and email inquiries from current and prospective customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Preparing well-written responses to customers, ensuring all queries are addressed promptly and accurately
  • Processing insurance quotes, coordinating underwriting, and assembling insurance certificates digitally, with a focus on efficiency and attention to detail

Other Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our insurance products and services, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and reasoning skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects and deadlines

  • Previous client service experience and/or insurance license is highly desirable, but not mandatory
  • Must be based in the United States
