Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting and Storage: Prepare reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to ensure data security.
  • Office Equipment and Supplies: Perform scanning and printing of documents, respond to queries for information, and access relevant files.
  • Confidentiality and Security: Ensure adherence to corporate policies of data integrity and security, and maintain confidentiality of corporate information.
  • Office Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the proper usage of office equipment and report any problems to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as a Data Entry Operator, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience working in a Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk position.
  • Administrative Duties: Solid experience with administrative duties, including office equipment usage and data management.
  • Software Skills: Good practical experience with MS Office and data management software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy, high typing speed, and close attention to detail.
  • Organization and Responsibility: Strong organization skills, good responsibility, and confidentiality.
  • Education: High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be a bonus.
