Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards to visualize key metrics and track progress towards goals, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions.
• Characterize the current state of workflow systems, profiling complex systems, documenting processes, and identifying opportunities for growth.
• Analyze large data sets to identify patterns and trends, providing actionable insights that drive business decisions.
• Work closely with partner teams to translate insights into tangible wins, driving efforts and generating concrete results through analytics.
• Iterate on dashboard design, gathering feedback from stakeholders and refining end products to meet evolving business needs.

Essential Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
• Solid working knowledge of Analytics, including visualization, statistics, and the Analytics Maturity Curve (Descriptive, Diagnostic, Predictive, Prescriptive).
• Ability to turn research into perception, developing key metrics, recommending policy changes, and providing action plans to all levels of leadership.
• Advanced Tableau developer with expertise in creating interactive and informative dashboards.
• Capable SQL user with experience in aggregation, nested queries, and data inspection/validation.
• B.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Software Development Analytics, including CICD, DORA metrics, and LEAN software delivery.
• Experience in Software Development, including data build pipelines, merging, checking systems and methods, and the delivery of code.
• Product Ownership experience, with a proven track record of driving efforts and generating concrete results through analytics.
• Project management skills, with the ability to plan and drive efforts across associate teams towards a unified goal.
