Responsibilities
As a part-time Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and social media, resolving customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Guiding customers through website-related issues, product questions, and payment matters, ensuring that they have a seamless and satisfying experience
- Referring complex queries or complaints to the relevant department, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up with customers
- Assisting customers with processing orders, modifying existing orders, and providing shipment details
- Maintaining accurate records of customer complaints, queries, and resolutions in our customer support system/database
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; higher education or a specialist diploma in customer care service is a plus
- Demonstrate excellent English language proficiency (written and verbal)
- Have basic computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical errors
- Be an online U.S resident, eligible to work remotely
Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of computer software and systems, including CRM and ticketing systems
Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of customer service software and systems, including Zendesk or Freshdesk
- Certification in customer service or a related field
