Experienced Senior Engineer – Aircraft Maintenance and Designing Operations

As a Senior Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing and implementing maintenance and repair procedures that ensure our aircraft are airworthy and meet the highest standards of quality.

Key responsibilities

* Conduct training sessions for Specialists in areas of expertise

• Serve as a mentor and guide to other Engineers
• Lead project teams and facilitate issue resolution
• Collaborate with manufacturers and regulatory specialists to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Develop customized methods and guidelines for repairs, modifications, and other maintenance activities
• Analyze aircraft and part issues that may cause delays or disruptions, and develop effective solutions
• Provide technical support to Maintenance and other carrier divisions as needed
• Create activity plans for fleet and multi-fleet maintenance projects, and ensure timely completion
• Coordinate with other aircraft divisions to ensure effective and efficient execution of maintenance procedures
• Develop and maintain documentation to support maintenance activities, including repair manuals and technical reports
• Stay up-to-date with current and emerging regulations, and ensure that all maintenance activities comply with relevant requirements

What you'll need for success

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering or a related field

• A&P license
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
