AI Engineer
Mandate Skills: C# Full stack Developer, Data Structure , Algorithm
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and deliver scalable, high-performance software solutions.
- Develop intelligent agentic systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.
- Build and optimize AI agents using AI Foundry, Python, and reinforcement learning techniques.
- Design and implement full stack applications, with strong emphasis on backend services using C# and cloud-native technologies.
- Create synthetic data generation pipelines to support training, validation, and evaluation of agentic models.
- Collaborate with product, research, and engineering teams to define requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
- Drive technical excellence through mentorship, code reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of software components, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Shape long-term technical vision by contributing to architectural decisions, scalability strategies, and technology adoption.
- Ensure software meets the highest standards of quality, performance, reliability, and security.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development with a strong record of delivering complex systems.
- 5+ years of experience with Python and C#, including hands-on work in AI/ML and full stack development.
- Practical experience with AI Foundry, agentic systems, and reinforcement learning.
- Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, system design, and distributed computing (5+ years).
- 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS) and microservices architecture.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's/master's in computer science, AI, or related field.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Expertise in synthetic data generation, simulation environments, and AI evaluation frameworks.
- Proven leadership in technical strategy, mentoring, and scaling engineering teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
