Key Responsibilities

• Move packages, documents, and supplies in a timely, safe, and efficient manner using effective scan/load methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve productivity and quality goals.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area, adhering to company policies and procedures.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:

• No minimum education or experience required - we're open to training the right candidate!
• Ability to lift 50 pounds without assistance from ground to chest level and maneuver packages of any weight above 50 pounds using appropriate equipment and/or assistance.
• Ability to walk and stand for designated work hours, bend and squat as required, and maneuver packages in enclosed spaces.
• Ability to work in all weather conditions and climb stairs and ladders if required at the work location.
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate timely and effectively in a noisy operations environment.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.
