About Our IT Early Career Development Program

Our IT Early Career Development Program is a unique and personalized experience designed to equip you with the skills and expertise needed to succeed in the ever-evolving IT landscape. Over the course of two years, you'll have the opportunity to work on four separate development assignments across our IT organization, allowing you to explore various functions and solve pressing business challenges. Possible assignment areas include:

Key Responsibilities

As a participant in our IT Early Career Development Program, you'll be expected to:

  • Work on various IT projects and assignments, applying your skills and knowledge to drive business success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems
  • Develop and maintain technical skills through ongoing training and development opportunities
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be considered for our IT Early Career Development Program, you'll need:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related IT field
  • A minimum GPA of 2.8
  • Relevant work experience, internships, or related activities (such as tutoring or business fraternity involvement)

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Self-motivation and a willingness to take initiative
