Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team. As a Licensed Therapist with our organization, you'll have the freedom to run your practice without the administrative burdens, allowing you to focus on what truly matters – helping your clients and building the practice you've always envisioned. Our ideal candidate is a licensed therapist in Minnesota with a strong commitment to client care and accessibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional therapy services to clients, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for them to share their concerns and work towards their goals.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in our cloud-based electronic medical records system, ensuring seamless communication with clients and colleagues.
• Collaborate with a community of professionals to enhance practice development, sharing best practices and staying up-to-date on the latest research and techniques.
• Participate in ongoing learning and professional development opportunities, including free continuing education (CE) classes and consultations, to stay current and expand your skillset.

Essential Qualifications:

• Must be fully licensed in the state of Minnesota as one of the following:
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Psychologist
• Strong commitment to client care and accessibility, with a passion for delivering high-quality therapy services.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a similar setting or with a similar population.
• Familiarity with cloud-based electronic medical records systems.

Compensation and Benefits
