Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Night Shift RN with BAYADA Home Health Care, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care in a remote setting. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assessing Patient Needs: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs to develop personalized care plans.
• Developing and Implementing Care Plans: Create and implement individualized care plans that prioritize patients' needs and goals.
• Providing Skilled Nursing Care: Deliver skilled nursing care, including medication management, wound care, and other interventions as needed.
• Educating Patients and Families: Educate patients and their families on self-care techniques, disease management, and healthy habits.
• Collaborating with Healthcare Teams: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need:

• A Valid Nursing License: A current and active nursing license in the United States.
• Graduation from an Accredited Nursing Program: Graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing).
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification: Current BLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Previous Home Health Care Experience: Experience working in home health care or a related field.
• Specialized Certifications: Specialized certifications, such as wound care or palliative care.
