Key Responsibilities

  • Support customers over the phone, identify their problems, and help resolve them
  • Assist with inquiries related to customers' phones, tablets, and computers
  • Register customer inquiries to keep our systems updated
  • Work towards set goals that will help you develop professionally

Your Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • To speak and understand Danish
  • To be residing in Denmark (note - you must work from your registered address in Denmark, not abroad)
  • A high level of English proficiency
  • An interest in technology and not be afraid to take on technical challenges
  • To know what good customer service is and be motivated to deliver it
  • A dedicated workspace where you can sit undisturbed during work hours and have a stable broadband connection
