Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative in our Remote 4-Day Weekend Shift, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, live chat, and email interactions. You will work independently to resolve unique problems, think creatively to come up with new ideas, and collaborate with our team to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, live chat, and email interactions, ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience

  • Work independently to resolve unique problems and think creatively to come up with new ideas to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with our team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and sales targets

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment

  • Knowledge of the Lighting Industry or related products
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Fluency in a second language

Compensation and Benefits

* Starting hourly rate of $16.00, with a $1.00/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
