Join Our Team

We're seeking a highly motivated and enterprising individual who will join our team in creating and delivering a pivotal new tool for customers and sales staff to boost sales performance. This role requires the ability to switch between program systems, development, tasks, experience planning, and geo-availability, making it an exciting opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Content & Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Channel Projects Improvement and Customer Sales Enablement, to drive customer experience and sales growth
  • Mapping out the customer journey and working with the program director to develop strategies to meet goals
  • Blending content from various sources to create engaging experiences
  • Developing a style guide, maintaining a library of all company content, and monitoring performance metrics
  • Participating in rapid prototyping and testing to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Collaborating with IT and Product Management teams to drive speed to market, improve customer experience, and drive sales

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ years of experience working with content development teams and regional partners, with a strong understanding of geo-availability

  • Deep experience in happy development through UI/UX and digital marketing to drive sales growth
  • Strong understanding of blithequark products, features, and applications
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate customer experience data into successful content strategies
  • Past experience with customer experience tools, including Adobe Experience Manager, is a plus
  • Adaptability, ability to handle uncertainty, and a strong ability to work in a matrixed environment where collaboration is essential
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highest level of integrity, values, honesty, and trust

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of sales enablement and customer experience principles
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

  • Base salary range: $141,100.00 - $212,600.00, depending on experience and qualifications
