Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, identifying customer problems and helping to resolve them
- Assist customers with questions related to their phones, tablets, and computers
- Register customer inquiries to keep our systems up-to-date
- Work towards established goals that will help you develop professionally
Essential Qualifications:
• Speak and understand Danish
- Live in Denmark (note: you must work from your registered address in Denmark, not abroad)
- Have a high level of English
- Be interested in technology and not afraid to dive into technical challenges
- Know what good customer service is and be motivated to deliver it
- Have a quiet space to work from and a stable internet connection
