About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our global clients. To excel in this position, you'll need to be motivated to provide top-notch customer service, communicate effectively with customers, and have a passion for technology. Here are the key responsibilities of the role:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Communicate effectively with customers in Lithuanian (C1 level spoken and written), English, and Russian (B2 level).
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical information to resolve customer queries efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
  • Fluency in Lithuanian (C1 level spoken and written), English, and Russian (B2 level).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic knowledge of technology and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will be beneficial in this role:
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Basic understanding of technical concepts and terminology.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive team culture.

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate, from 8.03 to 8.56 Eur / Gross (during trial period and after).

  • The opportunity to work in shifts, Monday to Friday, from 09:00 AM to 19:00 PM (work in 8.5 h shifts).
