As a Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences for our global clients. To excel in this position, you'll need to be motivated to provide top-notch customer service, communicate effectively with customers, and have a passion for technology. Here are the key responsibilities of the role:- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Communicate effectively with customers in Lithuanian (C1 level spoken and written), English, and Russian (B2 level).
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical information to resolve customer queries efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:- Fluency in Lithuanian (C1 level spoken and written), English, and Russian (B2 level).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Basic knowledge of technology and willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications will be beneficial in this role:- Previous experience in customer support or a related field.
- Knowledge of CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Basic understanding of technical concepts and terminology.
- Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive team culture.
What We Offer
As a valued member of our team, you can expect:- A competitive hourly rate, from 8.03 to 8.56 Eur / Gross (during trial period and after).
